Hatton Prairie Village offers worry-free living for active seniors and those needing some assistance.   We have 11 lovely apartments, both 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom, with full kitchens and views of our wonderful rural countryside. Our apartments are connected to the heart of our facility so tenants can enjoy the coffee shop, gift shop, hair salon, barber shop, church, events, concerts and activities all without going outdoors.  We will be building 10 new patio apartments soon which feature 1200 square feet, master bedroom suite, walk-in shower, walk-in closets, own laundry and storage room, second bedroom and bath and outside patio.

These things are included in the rent:  all interior and exterior maintenance on buildings, lawn care, snow removal, weekly light housekeeping, heating and cooling, sewer and garbage, electricity and water, basic cable TV.  You are only responsible for telephone costs. 

Anytime you need help, it's an easy touch of a button to summon our nursing staff.  You can purchase customized personal care services at a very reasonable price to suit your needs and desires - things like assistance with medications, transportation to appointments, bathing and dressing assistance and foot care.
